How much does it cost?
Cover has a free plan that lets you create unlimited manual invoices for up to 3 studios. The Pro plan adds automatic email extraction, unlimited studios, and branded invoices.
How does email forwarding work?
You get a personal Cover email address. Forward any studio report to it — Cover reads the email and attachments, extracts class data, and creates an invoice for you to review.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted and stored securely in the EU. We never share your information with third parties. Cover is fully GDPR compliant.
What if my studio doesn't send reports?
Use the Weekly Schedule feature. Set up your recurring classes once, mark cancellations as they happen, and generate accurate invoices at the end of each month.
Are the invoices French-compliant?
Yes. Cover generates invoices that meet French auto-entrepreneur requirements: SIRET number, TVA exemption (art. 293 B du CGI), sequential numbering, and all mandatory mentions.
